5 Jun - Ready, Set, Read! Literacy Fun Station @ Tampines
Time: 1pm – 3pm
Venue: Tampines Library
Description: Drop in anytime between 1-3pm for fun parent-child literacy activities! Families can explore rhyming games, practice letter sounds, and solve reading puzzles together at their own pace. Through interactive picture cards and hands-on activities, parents and children will build essential phonics skills and reading confidence needed for primary school.
This interactive session is led by teachers from Growing Up Gifted and is suitable for children aged 4-6 years old accompanied by their parents.
6 Jun - Budding Artists | From Stories to Art: Portrait of My Role Model @ Jurong
Time: 10.30m – 12pm
Venue: Jurong Library
Description: From Stories to Art: Portrait of My Role Model is a 1.5 hour craft and storytelling workshop for children ages 6 to 12 years old. Be inspired by a selection of stories from the book, Awesome Women of Singapore, and reflect upon what makes these women good role models.
After the storytelling segment, join us and engage in a hands-on craft activity as you put together a mixed media portrait of the person you look up to most.
6 Jun - Clicks & Consequences: Helping Your Child Navigate the Online World @ Harbourfront
Time: 2pm – 3.30pm
Venue: Harbourfront Library
Description: The workshop aims to educate participants on how to better prepare and safeguard their child’s exposure to the online world. It will cover topics regarding screen time impacting emotional and social growth, learning how the media shapes children’s values and perceptions, and how to identify potential online dangers like AI and privacy risks.
6 Jun - Earth Heroes | haBEEtat Game Workshop @ Woodlands

Description: In this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore haBEEtat, an educational game featuring the four species of honey bees found in Singapore. Through this game, you’ll discover why bees are important to our ecosystems and learn practical ways to respond when we encounter them — helping us make our neighbourhoods more bee-friendly places.
This programme is suitable for children and teens aged 11 - 17 years old

28 Jun - Stay in Control - Shaping Gamers of the Future @ Woodlands

Description: This session invites children aged 7-12 to explore what it means to be a healthy and responsible gamer in today’s digital world. Through a mix of guided workshop activities and a self-guided interactive installation, children will learn about teamwork, online safety, setting boundaries, and showing respect to others in-game.
